THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

A 6 week / 5-day program layout for at-home workouts that are effective to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. There will be cardio and core days implemented throughout the program 

There will be a calendar in my fitness app where you can change what days you want your workouts to be in to fit your schedule needs

12 different recipes that are healthy, nutritious and delicious 

In-depth of what are macros, going into details of calculating them, how to track them, and change them if need be. 

Diving deep into self-awareness, self-care and making sure you are putting yourself as a priority without feeling guilty about it

The best pre/ post-workout meal ideas to keep yourself fueled 

A bonus health and fitness planner to track your days, workouts, recipes, etc. 

Access to my fitness app where you will have access to the video demos for the program
